How can I purchase a Swim & Tennis Club membership?
Contact the membership chairman of the Swim & Tennis club at www.eaglepointswimandtennis.com. They will advise you of the current membership application process, and if applicable, place you on the waiting list for a membership.
Are Eagle Point lakes public?
No. All lakes in Eagle Point are private property. They are jointly owned by the surrounding homes and properties. Fishing is prohibited by non-residents. Residents may be allowed to fish in certain areas, but permission should be granted by the property owner first. Anyone fishing without permission on private property may be subject to persecution for trespassing.
What do I do if I see a neighborhood street light not functioning properly?
Locate the four digit number on the side of the pole, find the closest house address and contact Eagle Point Homeowners at [email protected].
What do I do if I would like to install a fence?
Prior to the beginning of construction, you must fill out an architectural change form, located on the website. You can email it to [email protected], or you can drop it off at the HOA office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Include any plans which you may have. The AR&C committee will review it to determine approval.
What are the rules on burning?
Open burning is not allowed in Eagle Point.
