Annual Eagle Point Carriage and Cookies with Santa

Eagle Point and Griffin Park Cookies with Santa

Santa Claus is coming to Eagle Point on Sunday, December 13^th from 3PM until 7PM! He cannot wait to see all the boys and girls. Reservations are not required for the COOKIES or the visit with SANTA! Treats will be pre-packaged this year so each child can take home and enjoy later. Santa respects each family’s decision for mask wearing, close or a 6 foot distance visit!

Eagle Point Horse Drawn Carriage Rides

Mo’s Carriage Rides will again be at the Eagle Point Office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. At this time all reservations spots for the carriage rides are full. If you have made a reservation for the fun ride please be at the Eagle Point office 15 minutes before your ride is supposed to begin. This is a treat for so many families, please make sure we do not run behind.

Eagle Pointer - Dues Letter

Hi Eagle Point,

Please look in your mailbox for your Annual Eagle Point Homeowners Association Dues mailing. You will find in this mailing:

- a letter from the HOA Board with

- the proposed budget for 2021

- your annual invoice

- a brief bio of those running for board positions and

- a ballot with those names

On the invoice, please, double check your contact information and make sure it is correct. Please list your email if you DO NOT receive the EPHOAs Newsletter, The Eagle Pointer. This is a great way to know and understand what is going on in the neighborhood!

The Annual dues this year are $275.00. You will find an invoice that lists the 2021 EPHOA dues and also a list of other fees if you are not up to date. Return your payment with the invoice by mail or pay online by going to ephoa.org and clicking on the Pay Dues Online link (left side of HOME page). Payment must be received by close of business on Monday, February 1, 2021. Payment after this date and time will be considered late and your next invoice will include a $50 late fee.

On the back of your invoice is a ballot with 4 names of those running for board positions. Please vote for 3 individuals (3 board positions open).

If you do not receive this mailing by next week, please contact the HOA Office at [email protected]. You are responsible for payment whether you receive the mailing or not.

Eagle Pointer - Raymond Newton

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that Raymond Newton, EPHOA Board President, passed away today peacefully at home. After a valiant battle with cancer, Raymond is now at peace with His savior. Please keep all his family and friends, especially his wife, Catherine, in your prayers. Losing a good man like Raymond is never easy, but the holidays are dimmed by this loss.

Raymond loved and cherished Catherine above all. He was an avid Auburn fan and supporter, and he went above and beyond when it came to serving the Eagle Point community through his time on the HOA Board. Most people will never know how much time he spent being an advocate for all the residents of Eagle Point; but, believe me, it was significant! He did it with pleasure!

I have personally lost a very good friend. Raymond was a good listener and had a wicked sense of dry humor! I’ll feel the loss whenever I need to send him a “War Eagle” and whenever I find a funny meme that would’ve had us both laughing at life.

Arrangements are pending, with a possible memorial planned in the Spring.
