Your Eagle Point Homeowners Association has two Board positions open beginning in 2020. You don't need any specific experience to be able to play an effective role in your HOA! The Board meets monthly and communicates frequently via email and texts. The commitment is for two years, and submissions are due by Tuesday, December 10th. You just need an open mind and a desire to be an advocate for Eagle Point!

If you'd like to be considered for a Board position, please submit your name and a brief bio to [email protected]. Your information will be published in the annual letter for residents to approve your nomination. If you're interested but still have questions, email that same address and you'll be put in touch with a current Board member who can answer your questions. We look forward to new voices and points of view joining the Board next year!

Hi Eagle Point!

The Shelby County Sheriffs investigators need your help. Any resident with RING cameras or another camera that might have picked up a truck with a trailer attached behind it and possibly going by your house. Time frame would be around Saturday, Nov 23 @ 11am to Monday, Nov 25 @ 8am. If you have any information please call the HOA office 205-314-5793 or email the ADMIN at [email protected]. Your information will be relayed to the investigator. Pictures are attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Annual Eagle Point Carriage and Cookies with Santa

Sunday, December 15^th from 4:00 until 7:00

Eagle Point and Griffin Park Cookies with Santa

Santa Claus is coming to Eagle Point on Sunday, December 15^th from 4:00 until 7:00! He is excited about seeing all the kids from the NICE list who will hopefully come and eat cookies with him! Reservations are not required for the cookies or to visit SANTA, so come and have a MERRY time! If you would like to bring cookies, please send an email to [email protected].

Eagle Point Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides

Mos Carriage Rides is coming to Eagle Point to get you into the Christmas spirit! Please request a reservation time for your 15-minute horse-drawn carriage ride! There will be one carriage and staying on schedule is important. Reservations fill up quickly every year, so reserve your time slot NOW by emailing [email protected]. Reservation times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you bring cookies to share if you are reserving a carriage ride.

Cahaba Valley Fire & EMR District 2019 Santa Route December 21st.

Its that time of the year again and the Cahaba Valley Fire Department has teamed up with Santa Claus and will be coming through the District neighborhoods for our Annual Santa Tour! We will be bringing Santa Claus to your neighborhood on Saturday, December 21^st. Please look at the routes provided and see when he will be in your neighborhood. All times and locations are subject to change due to emergency calls and/or inclement weather conditions. Santa will be headed to Eagle Point around 8:30 am and will only drive the FIRE TRUCK ON the STREETS serviced by CAHABA VALLEY FIRE.

Christmas Decoration Contest!!! Eagle Point Who will be the Winners??????

Its time for the annual Christmas decorating contest! This year, secret Santas to judge. These families are already riding thru the neighborhood and enjoying the festive decorations that Eagle Point residents display every year!

We will have winners in three categories this year: Griswold Family Christmas, Its a Classic Christmas, and Characters of Christmas. Canterbury Realty, who sponsored the prizes for the Halloween decorating contest, is sponsoring this contest too! We are so grateful for their support!

Winners will be announced on Facebook on Christmas Day and notified formally on how pick up their prize the following week! Thanks Canterbury for Sponsoring and Chicken Salad Chick for putting everything together!
