Halloween Decoration WINNERS

Loved driving through the neighborhood and viewing the decorated houses this Halloween. We had so many participate this year and the houses ranged from cute and fun all the way to the gory side. A big thank you to Canterbury Realty Group for sponsoring our 1st, 2nd and 3rd places prizes this year! If you are looking to buy or sell a home give them a call at 205-870-3195.

Honorable mention for the cutest and most decorated mailbox in Eagle Point!!! Thanks to Dale & Sue Johnson at 4946 Eagle Crest Road on having the BEST mailbox in Eagle Point! Loved it!!!

3RD PLACE WINNERS goes to Donald & Kelly McMahon of 1064 Eagle Hollow Drive. Witches brewing, graveyards, spiders, spiderwebs, ghosts haunting every window and the special green lighting made this house a spooky treat.

2ND PLACE WINNERS are Jason & Lisa Alexander at 1013 Eagle Nest Circle. The mix of the graveyard with creative headstones, BIG ghosts, large spiderwebs/spiders, skulls and the chained walkway with the eerie lighting was a creepy experience!

1ST PLACE WINNERS CONGRATS to The Averys!!! Ben and Lurenda Avery won the Best Decorated Halloween House in the neighborhood!!! #reigningchampionsAGAIN!!! If you DID not seen their awesome house, make plans next year. One of the most frightening, gory and horrifyingly fun houses decorated every year. Happy Thanksgiving EP!!

Your EPHOA hopes everyone has a WONDERFUL, BLESSED AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING. Please be safe if traveling!

Dont forget about the Eagle Point Christmas Decoration contest when decorating this year.

Your Eagle Point Homeowners Association has two Board positions open beginning in 2020. You dont need any specific experience to be able to play an effective role in your HOA! The Board meets monthly and communicates frequently via email and texts. The commitment is for two years, and submissions are due by Tuesday, December 10th. You just need an open mind and a desire to be an advocate for Eagle Point!

If youd like to be considered for a Board position, please submit your name and a brief bio to [email protected]. Your information will be published in the annual letter for residents to approve your nomination. If youre interested but still have questions, email that same address and youll be put in touch with a current Board member who can answer your questions. We look forward to new voices and points of view joining the Board next year!
