Come buy lunch tomorrow in the cul-de-sac of the office park near Eagle Point’s 280 entrance! Our HOA’s management agency, YourOffice USA, has scheduled a great variety of vendors!
Eagle Point covenants prohibit having signs in yards. We suspended covenant compliance monitoring after the tornado, but are resuming that process now. We've loved seeing all the signs celebrating graduates, but the time has come to take them down. We have been allowing contractors to put signs in yards while they are performing storm repairs/rebuilds, as we believe this has helped neighbors see the work of reputable companies. We do ask that those signs come down when repairs are complete. Lastly, we provided damaged homes with the white signs to help preserve resident privacy, and these signs may stay until your repair/rebuild is complete. Any other signs are prohibited. Beginning next Tuesday, July 6th, we will begin sending letters again. I'd ask that you remove any signs before then to save our management agency from sending you a letter. Thanks in advance for your adherence to our covenants!
On the Fourth of July, non-member residents are welcome guests at the Eagle Point pool beginning at noon! This is a great way to see if a pool membership would be a good fit for your family!
