EPHOA RESIDENTS: Reminder to pay HOA Dues by this Friday

Annual HOA dues are $238.00. Please make the check payable to EPHOA. It may be too late to mail a check; we do not look at the postmark. Payments should be at the office by 5pm on Friday (1/29/2016). We do add a $50 late fee after 5pm.
