This Eagle Pointer is a special notice to inform you all that there will be a temporary closure of FARLEY LANE due to sewer work for the new residential development in Eagle Point subdivision. This work is scheduled to begin next Monday,March 13th and should take about a week. Please be aware of the construction and be careful when driving or walking through this area. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please plan travel and times accordingly.

BLOOM'N WINE PARTY
Long time Eagle Point neighbor, Mary Frame, needs our help. Her daughter is getting married and has asked her to make 120 Mexican Paper Flowers. That is a daunting task for one person. Some of us thought it would be fun to get together and make them with her and also learn the tricks of making them for ourselves. So we are holding a Bloom an’ Wine Party at the Eagle Point office (4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive) on Wednesday, March 8th from 6 – 9 pm (flexible). Mary is providing the wine. YourOffice is providing snacks. If you would like to make a flower to take home, please bring:
· At least 14 sheets of tissue paper in various colors (Hobby Lobby 100 sheets for $6.99) – grab a friend and share!!
· A pair of scissors
· A ruler
If you would like to participate, please send an email to the EPHOA office, [email protected]. Attendance is limited to 12. If there is enough interest we will schedule another party.

Farley Lane Closure Update

This work is scheduled to begin Wednesday, March 15th and will continue this week and perhaps through the weekend. Please be aware of the construction and be careful when driving or walking through this area. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please plan travel and times accordingly.
