Street Parking

Please remember not to park on the street at night. One of the Deputies that patrols Eagle Point emailed me about an incident on Tuesday night involving someone hitting a car that was parked on the street. Again, the HOA was asked to notify the neighborhood of the problems caused by parking on the street! Let's help make patrolling the neighborhood easier for the Sheriff's Office deputies. They have really been working hard patrolling the neighborhood and contacting the HOA Office asking what the needs are for the Eagle Point residents. The HOA office gets several emails a week making sure there is not anything more the SO can do for EP!

HOA Meeting

The Eagle Point Homeowners Association meeting has been moved to Monday, November 6th at 5:30 PM. The meeting will take place at YOUR OFFICE USA at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive where the Eagle Point HOA is located. Remember there is no regular HOA board meeting in December and The Annual Meeting of the Eagle Point Homeowners Association will be the 2nd Tuesday in January. Please mark your calendars.

Yards

Eagle Point remember to clean out your flower beds of dead bushes, dead trees and weeds. Also, don't forget to blow the leaves from your yards. Leaves left on your yards can cause your grass not to grow back when Spring gets here. With the weather being so nice...this weekend would be a great time to get outside and finish up those last minute projects!

Hi Eagle Point,

November is a great month! A month for everyone to share all their BLESSINGS and THANKFULNESS with family and friends. NOVEMBER kicks off the HOLIDAYS with all of the YUMMY food!! It is also NO SHAVE November for the men...wonder what they would think if women also took part in that!! LOL

150 Violations based on Yard repairs...cutting grass, cleaning out beds and Trimming bushes

78 Violations based on Garbage...removing cans from street, cleaning rubbish and debris from yard

400 Violations based on painting entire mailbox system

60 Violations based on removing parked trailers, campers and ATV's from properties

Yard Signs

The HOA has noticed several houses with signs in their yards. Please realize that there are NO signs allowed in ANY Yard in Eagle Point. (That means no political, sport sign ups or community event signs) If you are one of the houses that has a sign in your yard...please remove it! Thank You!!
