Hi Eagle Point...

HOA MEETING

Eagle Point Homeowner meetings are always the 2nd Monday of every month. The HOA Board encourages all homeowners in Eagle Point to attend the meetings. The next HOA meeting will be Monday, September 11th at 5:30PM at The Hampton Inn in Lee Branch. Again, the HOA wants to say a BIG THANKS to The Hampton Inn for hosting our meetings. Please consider using The Hampton Inn if you have guests or are in need of meeting space.

Garage Sale

Don't forget about the upcoming Garage Sale on Saturday, September 9th. Remember to get RED BALLOONS to attach to your mailbox on the day of the sale!!

Trash Day

Tuesday is TRASH DAY...please remember to remove your trash cans from the street on the day that the garbage is picked up. Be A Good Neighbor!!

Charter

For many on Eagle Point Circle, Charter was burying the cable that had been laying in the street. Please let the HOA office know if you have any problems!

Basketball Goals

Please make sure that your basketball goals are maintained. Poles need to be painted and in good condition, nets need to be hanging properly and not torn or ragged, and backboards are complete and there are not holes in the glass. If you do have a glass backboard that is broken or has holes in it, please take steps to either fix it or dispose of it. We love that kids enjoy the neighborhood but please make sure equipment is in good working order.

Lost Dog

This sweet, adorable dog showed up on our deck this weekend. She likes our house and wants to say, but we can't keep her. If you know who she belongs to or know anyone that would like a medium-small, copper-colored, short-haired, super friendly, quiet (unless alone), obedient dog, please have them contact me. She has only barked or cried when we left her in the basement or on the deck overnight alone. She really likes to be around people. Someone that needs company (and probably a fenced yard since she wandered from somewhere into ours) would be perfect.Coat looks good, has a slight limp but it doesn't slow her down, Good dog! Thanks! Pets

The Eagle Point HOA office has had several calls again about pets. Please remember if you are walking your sweet pet and enjoying the beautiful EP streets, carry a disposable bag with you. Neighbors do not want to pick up other neighbor's pet waste on their propert. Also, please do not let your dog roam around in other neighbors yards to do their business. Shelby County does have a "leash law" and unleashed pets are subject to be picked up by Animal Control (don't traumatize your pets!). If you do see your pet relieve themselves in a neighbors yard, go get a shovel or bag and clean up the yard after them. I am sure your neighbor would be very understanding if you cleaned up the waste!! Also, please keep your pets in your own yard and if they are barking, please try to handle them as quickly as you can...we do not want our pets to be a frustration to others. Let's keep our furry friends lovable...Be a Good Neighbor!!
