Hey Eagle Point!!!
It's been awhile. Hope you and your family are enjoying this FALL weather!
Phoenix at Eagle Point
Construction has started on the retirement facility on Farley Lane. The developer knows that all heavy equipment and trucks are to use Farley Lane to enter and exit off of 280. However, at times, certain trucks like the Bottom Loader have trouble turning around. The developer promised that they will back the truck into the road that leads to The Hampton Inn and turn around to exit to 280. Please let the HOA office know if you see trucks exiting the shopping center through Hobby Lobby (Lee Branch) to Doug Baker.
The next Eagle Point Homeowners Association meeting will be Monday, October 9th at 5:30 PM. The meeting will take place in the Training Room of YOUR OFFICE USA at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Please email our Admin at firstname.lastname@example.org to let her know you will attend the meeting...in case the HOA needs to reserve The Hampton Inn at Lee Branch.
Leaves/Dead Tree Limbs
Fall is a great time to get rid of dead tree limbs and bushes in your yards. Also, with fall approaching, don't forget to blow the leaves off your grass and flower beds. Leaves can cause your grass to be bare when spring arrives. So be diligent and Save the Grass!!
Water Timers at 119 & 280 Entrances
NatureScape is reporting that someone is tampering or disabling the irrigation timers at both the 119 & 280 entrances. NO ONE should be adjusting or disabling the irrigation systems in Eagle Point. These timers are managed regularly to address the watering needs of our plants, turf and flowers. Please do not touch these systems and we encourage you to call our office and report anyone messing with these timers.
