Recycled Garbage

Dont forget to put out your recycled garbage tonight!!! WastePro will be by (Saturday) to pick it up. Please let the HOA office know if they do not come and pick up your recycle garbage can at 205-314-5793.

Speeders in Eagle Point

There are a few topics that are always on the minds and agenda of your HOA Board and speeding in the neighborhood is almost always at the top of that list. Your Board works with County Officials, Shelby County Sheriff along with Fire and EMS Services on a regular basis to combat speeding in Eagle Point. This is a topic that comes up almost every year at the Annual Meeting and when there is a motor vehicle accident in Eagle Point. Every time there is a group that demands speed bumps/humps or stop signs. Your Board addresses this with The County every time, and every time we are told no, not in Shelby County and given the reason why. Your Board needs your help in identifying alternate solutions to combat speeders in Eagle Point. We are not ever going to get speed bumps or other traffic control devices in the neighborhood.

Eagle Point Swim & Tennis Holiday Offers End January 31^st!

Water Break

Birmingham Water Works is repairing the water break at Eagle Point Drive and Eagle Point Parkway. The men have also accidentally cut several utilities (AT&T, Charter, etc.). They have made the appropriate calls to these companies and those lines should be repaired.
