This is the last reminder that the Eagle Point Homeowners Association Annual Dues are $275.00 and are due in the Eagle Point office by closing on January 31, 2018. If you have not turned in your dues check; please drop it by the office during business hours on Wednesday, January 31. Checks must be received in the Eagle Point office by closing on January 31...being postmarked on or before January 31 does not qualify. All checks received after January 31, 2018 will be charged a $50.00 late fee. The Eagle Point Homeowners office is at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive, Birmingham, AL 35242.
We have had several complaints in the HOA office about neighborhood pets. Please make sure your pets are invited into your neighbors yard before letting them run through yards that are not their own! This is a friendly reminder to keep your animals on your own property and make sure these sweet pets do not run wild through the streets. Shelby County does have a leash law and unleashed pets are subject to be picked up by Animal Control (please do not allow animal control to lock up your pets!!) The HOA and neighbors understand if your pet accidentally gets out but those that continually allow their pets to roam into other residents yards is the issue. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR watch your sweet pets and keep them on your property.
Today on the 119 side, there was an accidental break in a gas line during lunch time. Spire was called, and the gas line was repaired quickly. Please feel free to call the HOA office if you suspect something like this has occurred. Spire and the contractor were in contact with the EPHOA admin.
