The email that went out yesterday afternoon about EP DUES BEING LATE was a general email that was sent to everyone. When you get an email labelled Eagle Pointer, it is the Eagle Point Newsletter that is generated to go to everyone in the neighborhood. Please check your bank account or credit card statement to see if your dues payment went through before calling or sending an email. If you get another invoice with an unpaid amount and have paid...then call the HOA office.
The email was hoping to help remind those who are turning in their dues payment late and not paying the late fee or have not turned in their payment at all.
