HOA Annual Meeting

Please join us for the Annual Meeting of the Eagle Point HOA Tuesday, January 14 at 7:00 PM at the Eagle Point Golf Club, Point Room. This is an opportunity for you to meet members of the HOA Board. We will also have a representative from the Shelby County Sheriff’s office.

HOA Dues

HOA Annual Assessments are due Friday, January 31, 2014. Please mail your check or drop off payment to the HOA Office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Payments received after 5:00 PM on January 31, 2014 will have a late fee of $50.00. Any outstanding balances will start accruing interest of 1.5% per month starting February 1, 2014.

EPS&T Lifeguards Needed

Eagle Point Swim & Tennis Club will be taking applications for lifeguards for the 2014 season. Applicants should have RED CROSS CERTIFICATION. Applicants who are interested and have the correct credentials should send their resume with a copy of certifications to Shannon Ash at [email protected]
