HOA Yearly Assessments are due Friday, January 31, 2014. Please mail your check or drop off payment to the HOA Office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Payments received after 5:00 PM on January 31, 2014 will have a late fee of $50.00. Any outstanding balances will start accruing interest of 1.5% per month starting February 1, 2014.
No Soliciting in Eagle Point:
We continue to have problems with unwanted solicitations in our community. While we may not be able to prevent these people from being on our public streets, we can discourage them from coming to our doors. If possible, obtain the name of the individual and business, address, and phone number. Surveillance video and photos, as well as personally taking photos of these people may be helpful. Remind them that this is a covenant community and solicitors are NOT welcome. We have signs posted at every entrance which plainly prohibit soliciting.
If you feel uncomfortable with such a person, ask them to leave your property and call the Shelby County Sheriff's office at 205-669-4181. The Sheriff's Office will send a patrol as needed. If you feel in immediate danger, call 911.

EPS&T Lifeguards Needed
Eagle Point Swim & Tennis will be taking applications for lifeguards. Must have certifications when applying. YMCA certifications are accepted. We will be choosing the guards in April. Send all info to Shannon Ash ......@bellsouth.net.
