This message is only for residents who either paid their dues after close of business last Friday or who havent paid their dues yet.

Invoices for 2020 HOA dues were sent in December, and multiple reminders were sent via email and posted on Facebook; your invoice reflects the dues for 2020 ($275) and any late fees or fines that apply to your residence. You now owe an additional $50 late fee.

If you paid your dues after close of business last Friday, January 31, you are subject to a $50 late fee. If you did not include this fee in the payment you submitted since Friday, you will receive an invoice for this amount.

If you have yet to pay your dues, your 2020 Eagle Point HOA dues are now PAST DUE. They were due before close of business last Friday, January 31, 2020. Your dues are now subject to a $50 late fee. You will get an invoice in the mail. If you need to make your payment in person, you may take your check to the front desk at our management agency, YourOffice USA, at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive.

If youd like to submit your payment online, please visit www.ephoa.org. On the HOME page, under QUICKLINKS, Pay Dues Online, click on PAYLEASE. You will need to add the $50 manually. Our dues are $275, so you now owe $325 plus any outstanding fines or other items on the invoice we sent in December.

Hi Eagle Point,

The email that went out yesterday afternoon about EP DUES BEING LATE was a general email that was sent to everyone. When you get an email labelled Eagle Pointer, it is the Eagle Point Newsletter that is generated to go to everyone in the neighborhood. Please check your bank account or credit card statement to see if your dues payment went through before calling or sending an email. If you get another invoice with an unpaid amount and have paid...then call the HOA office.

The email was hoping to help remind those who are turning in their dues payment late and not paying the late fee or have not turned in their payment at all.

LOST KEYS

The HOA office is accumulating a lot of lost keys/key rings that have been found on EP streets. Could the key ring in the photo possibly be yours? If so, please call or come by the HOA office and claim it. The lost key must start the car it belongs to (must bring car)!!
