EPS&T Lifeguards Needed

Eagle Point Swim & Tennis Club will be taking applications for lifeguards for the 2014 season.
Applicants should have RED CROSS CERTIFICATION. Applicants who are interested and have the correct
credentials should send their resume with a copy of certifications to Shannon Ash at

Circle 280 on Valleydale Rd next to Southeastern Jewelers. We have a brand new schedule and new
teachers to start 2014 off right with all kinds of yoga. From Calorie Blasting Hot yoga, to
Energetic Flows to Calming Restorative Yoga, there is something to get you back on track. Please

HOA Annual Meeting

Please join us for the Annual Meeting of the Eagle Point HOA Tuesday, January 14 at 7:00 PM at the Eagle Point Golf Club, Point Room. This is an opportunity for you to meet members of the HOA Board. We will also have a representative from the Shelby County Sheriff’s office.

HOA Dues

HOA Annual Assessments are due Friday, January 31, 2014. Please mail your check or drop off payment to the HOA Office at 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive. Payments received after 5:00 PM on January 31, 2014 will have a late fee of $50.00. Any outstanding balances will start accruing interest of 1.5% per month starting February 1, 2014.

HOA Dues

Mailbox Scrolls

The EPHOA has purchased an allotment of "S Scrolls" for aluminum mailboxes which are missing the part. Our local mailbox vendor, Alabama Mailbox Company, has provided the scrolls to Eagle Point at a discount. You may pick up a scroll from the YourOffice, 4000 Eagle Point Corp. You can also contact the HOA at [email protected] or 314.5793. Payment of $30.00 should be made to Eagle Point Homeowners Association. The regular price for this part is $40.00. Installation can be provided upon request. Please help us improve the appearance of Eagle Point!

EPHOA

No Soliciting in Eagle Point:

We continue to have problems with unwanted solicitations in our community. While we may not be able to prevent these people from being on our public streets, we can discourage them from coming to our doors. If possible, obtain the name of the individual and business, address, and phone number. Surveillance video and photos, as well as personally taking photos of these people may be helpful. Remind them that this is a covenant community and solicitors are NOT welcome. We have signs posted at every entrance which plainly prohibit soliciting.

If you feel uncomfortable with such a person, ask them to leave your property and call the Shelby County Sheriff's office at 205-669-4181. The Sheriff's Office will send a patrol as needed. If you feel in immediate danger, call 911.
